Exchange and Return Policy

At Parweno, we guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. General Conditions

Return period: 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition (unused, in the original packaging, with tags and papers if applicable).

Non-returnable products:

We do not allow returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, as these are cosmetic products by nature, with the exception of damaged products.

2. Steps for returning the product

- Submitting a return request:

Pictures show the condition of the product.

Reason for return.

- Approval of the request:

We will respond to you within 24-48 hours to confirm eligibility for return.

If approved, we will send return shipping instructions.

- Recharge:

For customers inside Egypt: We bear the shipping cost if the reason is an error on our part (such as a damaged product).

For International Customers: Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the error is ours.

3. Post-return options

- Product replacement:

If the product is defective or not as described, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If an alternative is not available, we will refund the amount.

- Refund:

Refund method: Same as original payment method (except for cash on delivery in Egypt, where the transfer is made via Vodafone Cash or a bank account).

Duration: 5-10 working days after receiving the returned product.

4. Special cases

- Products damaged during shipping:

Please provide photos of the order upon receipt and inform us within 24 hours.

- Products not received:

If the shipment is lost, we will check with the shipping company and either reship or refund.

5. Exchange policy without return

In specific cases (such as shipping errors on our part), we may allow an exchange without returning the original product.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping unless we selected the shipping company.
